Roaming Bangladesh marks 3rd anniversary with tourism technology roundtable


Dhaka
: Travel company Roaming Bangladesh Limited marked its third anniversary with a
roundtable discussion focused on the future of Bangladesh's tourism industry
and the growing role of technology in travel.
The
event, titled "The Potential of the Tourism Industry and the
Technology-Driven Future," was held on September 10 at the company's
office in Uttara, bringing together representatives from the tourism, aviation
and travel technology sectors.
The
discussion examined emerging opportunities in Bangladesh's tourism market,
digital transformation across the travel industry and ways businesses can work
together to support sectoral growth.
Kabil
Islam, deputy director of the Bangladesh Tourism Board, attended the program.
Senior representatives of Sabre Bangladesh, Turkish Airlines, US-Bangla
Airlines and Jazeera Airways also participated as special guests.

Moniruzzaman, chief executive officer of Roaming Bangladesh, said the company
wants to play a role in developing the country's tourism industry by providing
professional and technology-based travel services.
The
anniversary event came as Bangladesh's travel sector increasingly turns to
digital tools and technology to improve customer service, connectivity and
travel experiences.
