US-Bangla now operating four weekly flights on Muscat-Dhaka route

Dhaka: The largest private carrier of the country US-Bangla Airlines is now flying four weekly flights from Muscat to Dhaka.

The airline resumed flight services on the Muscat-Dhaka route from June 5.

Amid the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, it is operating the four weekly flights on the route following all health guidelines.

The flight to Dhaka from Muscat takes off at 2:00 am local time on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday; and will land at the Dhaka Airport at 8:45 am local time, the airline said in a press release.

Passenger arrivals to Dhaka are required to stay in three-day institutional quarantine at their own expense. Upon a negative Covid-19 test, after the completion of institutional quarantine, they will have to stay in home quarantine for 11 more days.

The flight from Muscat to Dhaka is being operated with Boeing 737-800 aircraft with a 164-seat capacity.

In addition to Muscat, US-Bangla also operates flights to Kuala Lumpur, Doha, and Guangzhou amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent global travel restrictions.

Besides, US-Bangla Airlines currently operates flights on all domestic routes.
