Dhaka: US-Bangla Airlines signed a Global Maintenance Agreement (GMA) with ATR to optimise maintenance costs and the reliability of its nine ATR 72-600 aircraft.

The agreement covers a five-year pay-by-the-hour contract for the repair, overhaul and pooling service of Line Replaceable Units, along with the availability and maintenance of propellers and leading edges.

Commenting on the agreement, Md Abdullah Al Mamun, Managing Director, US-Bangla Airlines, said, “Reliability, on-time performance, customer experience and safety are paramount to US-Bangla.”

“As US-Bangla celebrates its 9^th anniversary, there is no better time to announce that we are strengthening our cooperation with ATR through this Global Maintenance Agreement.”
