Amari Dhaka appoints new executive chef Alessandro Graziosi

Dhaka : Amari Dhaka has appointed Alessandro Graziosi as the new Executive Chef according to a press release issued by the hotel.
With the appointment, the new Executive Chef promises to introduce a modern contemporary line of dishes, many of which will be the first in Bangladesh.
Chef Graziosi started his career at a very early age in one of the very first high end fusion restaurant in Milano about 20 years ago. With over 15 years of professional hands on experiences, Chef Graziosi has been managing and developing food and beverage production in various five-star hotels and resorts across Italy, Thailand, Malaysia, and Maldives.
He has worked in many five star hotels like Saii Lagoon Maldives, Crossroads Maldives, Café' del Mar, Maldives, Ristorante Casiono' Garone Riviera, Italia; Jumerah Vittaveli Maldives Resort; Anantara Dighu Maldives Resort; Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur; Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach and Spa resort, Thailand; and Anantara Hoian Resort. His recent assignment was in Saii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton as Executive Chef.
