GoTrip expands corporate, international travel management services

Dhaka : GoTrip Limited is expanding its corporate and international travel-management operations as Bangladesh's travel market increasingly moves beyond traditional ticketing and standard tour packages.

The company provides air tickets, visa assistance, hotel reservations, holiday packages, corporate travel services and overseas operational support, with experience covering destinations across Europe, Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

GoTrip Chairman Md Anwar Hossain oversees strategic business development and air-ticketing operations, while Managing Director Obayed Rahman (Ovi) focuses on corporate business, international operations, customized holidays and overseas coordination.

The company said it is placing greater emphasis on tailored travel programs for corporate clients, groups and individual travelers. Such arrangements can include flights, hotels, airport transfers, transportation, sightseeing, meals, visa support and coordination with overseas suppliers.

"Travel is no longer just about issuing a ticket or selling a tour package. Today's traveller expects a complete experience and, most importantly, someone they can trust throughout the journey," Ovi said, talking to The Bangladesh Monitor.

GoTrip is also developing customized holiday packages based on travelers' schedules, interests and budgets rather than relying solely on fixed itineraries.

The company plans to strengthen international partnerships, expand corporate travel activities and introduce new holiday products as it seeks to establish itself as a broader travel-management partner.
