Cathay Pacific named best airline lounge provider in Asia-Pacific

The airline has been
upgrading its facilities at Hong Kong International Airport as part of a
broader plan to improve the airport experience for passengers. A key step was
the reopening of The Bridge lounge ahead of the summer travel season. The
facility can accommodate up to 500 guests and has returned to service while
other lounges undergo renovation.
The refurbishment program
includes The Wing, First, which is scheduled to reopen in 2026, followed by
renovation work at The Wing, Business. Cathay’s business-class lounge, The
Deck, is also being enhanced and is temporarily serving first-class passengers
during the work at The Wing.
Meanwhile, The Pier’s
lounges remain open, including its first-class facility, which also serves
eligible oneworld Emerald members.
Cathay Pacific’s Hong
Kong lounges have earned a strong reputation among travelers for their
contemporary interiors, calm atmosphere and attentive staff. Consistent
standards of cleanliness and service are also among the qualities frequently
praised by Business Traveller readers.
