Fahmida Akhter appointed Civil Aviation, Tourism Secretary

Dhaka: Fahmida Akhter has been appointed the new Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry Secretary with immediate effect. 

A notice from the Public Administration Ministry on March 25 said, Fahmida Akhter was serving as an Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Labor and Employment prior to her promotion as Secretary.

The former Civil Aviation and Tourism Secretary Nasreen Jahan has been transferred as Member (Secretary) at Planning Commission.
