Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka appoints Dominic Desouza as General Manager

Dhaka: Dibakar Dominic Desouza has joined Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka as its new General Manager, announced the star hotel in a release.

With over 20 years of experience across luxury hotels worldwide, Desouza has held senior roles in the United States, Luxembourg, Japan, China, and Qatar at renowned brands including St Regis, Westin, Sheraton, Conrad, and Radisson.

His career as a seasoned hospitality professional reflects a strong foundation in operational excellence, pre-opening management, financial stewardship, and leadership that inspires teams.

Prior to joining Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, he had served as General Manager of Conrad Hotels and Resorts in Indianapolis, delivering outstanding operational and commercial results while consistently upholding the highest standards of guest experience, added the release.
