Westin Dhaka cleans community on WTD 2021

Dhaka: The Westin Dhaka took the initiative to contribute to the community through cleaning the surroundings of the hotel at World Tourism Day 2021 on September 27.
The initiative portrayed the awareness of tourism’s social, cultural value and the contribution that the sector can make towards reaching the sustainable development goals.
On September 27, World Tourism Day, the cleaning drive took place with all associates, Head of Departments. The Hotel Manager and the General Manager actively took part in the cleaning process.
“During these unprecedented times, it is our duty to come forward for the community” said Daniel Muhor, General Manager, The Westin Dhaka.
The campaign was part of Marriott International’s Serve 360 initiative which promises to make a sustainable and positive impact wherever Marriott International does business.
