US-Bangla wins 'Best Domestic Airline' award at TITA 2026

Dhaka: Leading Bangladeshi private carrier US-Bangla Airlines has received the “Best Domestic Airline” award at the International Tourism Award 2026 (TITA), organized by the Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB), for the second consecutive time.
Civil Aviation and Tourism State Minister M. Rashiduzzaman Millat and TOAB President Rafiuzzaman handed over the award on May 17 at a ceremony held in the capital. Md. Kamrul Islam, General Manager of Public Relations at US-Bangla Airlines, received the accolade on behalf of the airline, read a press release.
US-Bangla Airlines currently operates a fleet of 25 aircraft, including three Airbus A330-300s and nine Boeing 737-800s. The airline serves all domestic destinations in Bangladesh alongside 14 international routes across 10 countries.
Its overseas network includes Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia; Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates; Muscat in Oman; Doha in Qatar; Guangzhou in China; Singapore; Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia; Bangkok in Thailand; Malé in the Maldives; and Kolkata and Chennai in India.
The airline plans to further expand its operations by adding three more Boeing 737-800 aircraft to its fleet in the near future. It also intends to launch new international flights from Dhaka to Colombo, Madinah, Dammam, and Kuwait.
US-Bangla Airlines said the award recognizes the airline's continued efforts to maintain operational excellence, service quality, passenger safety, and contributions to the country’s aviation and tourism sectors.
